Water Rates

Village of Bellflower water rates effective May 1, 2023:

FEE DESCRIPTION FEE AMOUNT

Water Usage Fee
     Flat rate, no meters

 $50 per month, billed at the beginning of every month

Swimming Pool Fee
     For customers with a swimming pool

 $30 per year, billed on June 1

Late Payment Penalty
     If payment is RECEIVED after the 15th of the month

 $25

Service Disconnection/Reconnection Fees
     At customer's request or
     Due to nonpayment of delinquent amounts

 $25 disconnect fee
$25 reconnect fee plus all unpaid amounts

Returned Payment Fees

$25 village processing fee plus
Bank fee charged to return the payment plus
Amount of the original returned check

 

Effective January 1, 2024, all water rates shall be subject to an annual March review.
